Struggling FDH Bank Premiership side Goshen City Dedza Dynamos are reviewing the performance of their coaches after the expiry of a three-match period given to them to improve or get sacked.
Dedza General Secretary Mabvuto Mugode said since the technical team has completed the three match ultimatum, management will review their performance against the set targets and consider other relevant factors before making a final decision.
The team’s coach Alex Ngwira and his backroom staff were given the ultimatum after a poor start to the season which saw them enduring back to-back losses.
But the ultimatum brought out mixed results, with one win and two losses.
Mugode said he was not in a position to pronounce the coaches’ fate.

“We will communicate on the way forward once the review process is concluded. With the league on a three-week break, we will use this period to review the team’s recent performances and assess the technical panel’s progress and address any identified challenges. This will help us to prepare our squad for the remaining fixtures,” he said.
During the ultimatum period, Dedza lost 2-0 to Blue Eagles before going down again to Masters FC 4-0.
But the coaches changed their fortunes for the better with a 1-0 beating of Kamuzu Barracks.
There will be no matches this weekend as Super League of Malawi is observing a one week Fifa window to allow the Flames to play friendlies against Ethiopia.
