Swift Capital has affirmed commitment to contributing toward the national financial inclusion agenda.
Swift Capital Insurance Brokers Chief Executive Officer Mphatso Kanzingeni Zulu said in an interview the firm was positioned to contribute towards addressing challenges clients face by helping them inculcate a saving culture and providing advisory services.
This comes at a time Malawi lags in both its Jassifinancial inclusion drive and insurance penetration.
Kamzingeni Zulu said lower than expected levels of disposable income among many Malawians, coupled with low literacy levels on finance, continued to hamper growth.
He said the firm was, therefore, positioned to redefine the insurance broking landscape for both corporate and individual clients.

He said synergies among industry players and in other sectors would help in addressing the challenges.
“There is a need for collaboration. Many products are structured like bancassurance, where banks are able to work with insurance brokers in bringing products that would fill in gaps,” Kanzingeni Zulu said.
He affirmed the firm’s commitment to raising the standard of professionalism and delivering clear, trustworthy and client-focused solutions right here in Malawi.
Founded in 2024, Swift Capital is a microfinance company created to bridge the gap to accessible finance.
