In Malawi, corruption by technocrats, politicians and their likes has featured often as a drain of significant amounts of the taxpayer funds, leaving the state purse constantly deficient of finances to construct roads, build hospitals and fund education.
Now there is growing discomfort with what seems to be another rabbit hole of taxes – government’s ‘incompetent’ decisions.
