Zambian club Kansanshi Dynamos Football Club has signed Kamuzu Barracks striker Zeliati Nkhoma on a two-year loan contract.
KB General Secretary Albert Midian said the two clubs had finalised the agreement.
“The deal has been agreed in principle. We are satisfied with the progress of the negotiations,” Midian said.
Midian said Nkhoma arrived in Zambia last week to finalise personal terms.
He said Nkhoma had joined the club on loan as he was a Malawi Defence Force soldier.

“We, as a club, wish him well. We believe he will advance his career in Zambia,” he said.
Broker of the deal, Haroon Cassim, confirmed the development but was unable to give more details.
Nkhoma has been one of the most consistent strikers in domestic football for the past two seasons.
He scored 13 goals in 26 matches in the Super League, three goals behind golden boot award winner Babatunde Adepoju.

The previous season, Nkhoma scored 12 goals in the league and finished second, five goals behind golden boot award winner Isaac Kaliati.
Nkhoma scored one goal for the Flames during the 2026 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifiers in a 3-1 loss to Burkina Faso in Bamako, Mali.
The former Masters Security striker scored for the Flames as they beat South Africa 1-0 in the Nations of African Championship (Chan) at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe last year.
He is the fifth recognised Malawian player in Zambia after Chimwemwe Idana, Robert Saizi (both Zanaco), Chifundo Mphasi (Power Dynamos) and Christopher Kumwembe (Green Buffaloes).
