South Africa-based Malawian striker Frank Gabadinho Mhango starred for his DStv Premiership side Moroka Swallows and scored in the 2-0 victory over Stellenbosch at Donsonville Stadium on Saturday.
This is Mhango’s seventh league goal of the season.
Mhango was also named player-of-the-match after a five-star performance for the Dube Birds.
He scored his goal for Swallows in the 73rd minute after he provided an assist to Lindokuhle Mtshali, who scored in the 34th minute.
He told Times Sport that he felt good for scoring his seventh goal of the campaign.

“It feels great to score important goals for the team. The most important thing is the three points,” Mhango said.
Mhango’s performance could be good news for the Flames ahead of the 2026 Fifa World Cup qualifiers against Equatorial Guinea and Sao Tome and Principle next month.
Meanwhile, sports analyst Parry Chinyama has said Mhango is an important player for the Flames.
“We need all the players to be in shape,” he said.

The win has eased relegation pressure on Swallows, who have 32 points from 28 matches, five points above Richards Bay of Khuda Muyaba.
Bay stunned Orlando Pirates 1-0 to boost their survival hopes as they are just two points below 14th placed Royal AM of John Maduka.
Mhango is the first Malawian player to score for five different clubs since he moved to South Africa in 2013.
He scored 15 goals for Bloemfontein Celtic in 46 matches, 13 goals for Bidvest Wits in 52 appearances and 21 goals for Orlando Pirates, including 16 goals in one season.
Then, he won the golden boot award, having shared it with Namibian Peter Shalulile, who was then playing for Highlands Park
